In the unfortunate event that you wish to return your products, send us back your item(s) with your order number within 7 days of receipt.
The returned item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it and must be in full original packaging.
As a proof of return, please provide us your courier document. No refund/ exchange can be made without receiving the returned item(s) and courier document supporting.
Please noted all customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns.

REFUND PRCOESSing time
Once we have received the returned items in its original condition, the charges will be credited to you. The refund will credit to your account within 7 working days once we have recevied the returned items.

In-stock items typically ship out within 7 working days once payment is received. If it’s a pre-order item, please refer to the estimated date indicated on the product page.
